These terms apply to anyone booking a consultation or treatment with Lenny Aesthetic. By booking, you confirm that you accept the following.
Consultations
Consultations are £50 and without obligation to proceed with treatment. They are used to assess your suitability, discuss expectations and recommend the most appropriate plan. You are under no pressure to proceed on the day.
Recommended courses of treatment
Many treatments, including PRP, microneedling, hydrafacial, chemical peels and laser hair reduction, give the best and most lasting results as a course rather than a single session. Your recommended plan will be discussed during your consultation. You are free to pace treatments to suit your budget and lifestyle.
Medical suitability
The new flyer menu takes effect on 1 January 2027. Prices apply to the specified areas, session counts and courses, not to each individual session unless stated. Clients arranging block bookings before 2027 can secure the current rate; please confirm the course price, payment requirements and appointment dates with the clinic before purchasing. All treatments are subject to a medical assessment. We may decline to treat where it is not clinically appropriate, for your safety. Please complete the consent form honestly and inform us of any changes to your health, medication or pregnancy status before each appointment.
Bookings, deposits and payment
- A deposit may be required to secure certain appointments and is deducted from the treatment cost.
- Full payment is due on the day of treatment unless otherwise agreed.
- Promotional prices, packages and Groupon vouchers are subject to their own terms and cannot be combined unless stated.
Cancellations and lateness
- Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel.
- Late cancellations or no-shows may forfeit the deposit or be charged a fee.
- Arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean your appointment cannot go ahead.
Results and aftercare
Aesthetic results vary between individuals and cannot be guaranteed. Following the aftercare advice given to you is essential for safe healing and the best outcome. Please contact us promptly if you have any concerns after treatment.
Mobile wellness service
Mobile vitamin and wellness visits are available within a 10 mile or 10 minute radius of the clinic. A suitable, clean and private space is required at the location.

If you are not happy with any aspect of your care, please contact us so we can put things right. As a registered nurse, Lenny is regulated by the Nursing & Midwifery Council.
